We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This agreement is governed by English law.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We assume your consent to send you electronic communications regarding our new products, updates, special offers, promotions & price discounts etc. You will always have an option to opt-out and choose these communications are not sent to you in future.
You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase the Products. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the card issuer.
You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of Products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the Products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order.
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the Products on our website are accurate. However because of differences between monitors the colour you see of the Product may not accurately reflect its true colour.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However unless we have been negligent, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information.
All products will be shipped within 2/3 business days (subject to stock availability) except the products which we manufacture upon receiving order and these can take 2 to 3 weeks.
Once you have placed an order on this website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order you have sent. We will not accept the order and complete the contract until we despatch the Products ordered. If there is a problem with your order, e.g. a problem with your credit card or we do not have the Products ordered in stock, and we cannot accept the contract, we will tell you by email.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the Products selected including VAT and delivery charges. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with the Products or their use or resale by you. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the Products that you have paid us for.
This clause is not intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. The risk of damage or loss of the Products passes to you when delivery is made. Delivery is made at the time we leave the Products at the address specified by you. We cannot accept any claims beyond this point. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All trademarks, brand names, copyrights, Product names and trade names are the property of their respective owners and we do not authorise any use which infringes those rights. Subject to this, you may view, print and download from our website for personal use only. Any other use of information or materials on this website is strictly forbidden without obtaining our written agreement first.
Errors and Omissions
We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website and in any documentation we may send you (“Information”) is accurate. However we do not make any promises about the Information and we are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, which may happen as a result of relying on the Information, except where we are not allowed by law to exclude our liability.
We are not liable to you for any failure or delay to supply or deliver or for any damage or defect to the Products that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

1. Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online right to your door. You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile phone via text message.
2. Delivery timescales
The delivery time is 3 to 5 Days in The UK 7 to 14 Days Europe. Always ask if you need an item by a certain time.
Next day delivery can be arranged. Just use the Instruction box in the order process and we will organise the delivery and confirm by email. There may be a surcharge it depends on the item. But we will email first.
In the event of a delay, Lodgeroom Store will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
2.1 International deliveries
The delivery estimate on the product page does not necessarily apply for international deliveries. Orders outside of the EU may have a delivery charge which is calculated in the checkout process after you select your country.
3. Postage method
All orders over and equal to £75.00 qualify for free Express Delivery, which is usually Royal Mail Track 24. This means your item will be delivered the day after dispatch.
Optionally, you can choose to have your ordered delivered before 9 am the following working day for an additional charge of £6.
For orders you are given during checkout the price of Standard Delivery, which means delivery is usually on the day following despatch, but in rare circumstances can be take a few days.
For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm SUNDAY-FRIDAY, this service is unavailable on a SATURDAY. Deliveries will be made between 6pm - 10pm. If the order is unable to be delivered, a card will be posted through the door and we will try again the next day.
4. Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our 'Express' delivery method require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then Lodgeroom Store will inform you immediately by email as soon as Lodgeroom Store receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, Watch Shop and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
5. Late deliveries or despatch
Although Lodgeroom Store are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. Lodgeroom Store regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery.
The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, Lodgeroom Store will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries
If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then Lodgeroom Store will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you.
6. Delivery to business addresses
Lodgeroom Store allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf as Royal Mail deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
